Praxis runs the administrative work private practices do not have time to do — answering out-of-hours enquiries, reactivating lapsed patients, filling cancelled slots. Reception comes in to bookings, not backlog.
Hi, I'm interested in Botox for my forehead lines. Could you tell me a bit about the treatment and what it costs? Thanks, Sarah
Hello Sarah. At Riverside Aesthetics, forehead anti-wrinkle treatment starts at £195 for one area. The appointment takes about 30 minutes, with a consultation beforehand. Results take 7 to 14 days to settle. We have availability this Thursday at 10:15 or Friday at 14:00 — would either work for you?
Thursday at 10:15 please
Confirmed — Thursday at 10:15 with Dr Kaur. We'll send a reminder the day before.
In October 2026 we sent the same enquiry to ten private aesthetics clinics in the UK — a question about a treatment and its price, sent on a Tuesday evening at around 19:10. We recorded what came back and when.
The acknowledgement is automatic everywhere; the answer is not.
A patient asks about a treatment at 9pm. They get a proper answer in under a minute, in the practice's own words, with the practice's own prices, and a specific time offered. Reception comes in to a booking instead of a question.
Lapsed and overdue patients are texted, replies are handled, and reception receives confirmed bookings. Messages go out in small batches so reception is never overwhelmed.
A slot goes free at short notice. The right patients are offered it, replies are handled, reception is told who is coming.
Most practices have one piece of administration that eats a day a week. If it can be described, it can be built.
We start with a free trial period. After that, a flat fee per appointment that is booked and attended. Nothing is charged for messages, non-responses, or no-shows.
We report against your own practice, before and after. Appointments booked, appointments attended, bookings per hundred patients contacted. You see exactly what came from Praxis and what did not.
